Small update

Sorry it has been sooo long!
Some of you already know why and others just need to know that we are all well!
Life sure does like to throw us curve balls.
I promise to get back on the wagon and share all the pictures of our summer.
Please be watching for updates!

1st Dance Recital

I did it! Natalie and I had our 1st Dance recital last night. We were super nervous all day.
Once we got on stage that evening though all the butterflies left. I felt like I was dancing with the angels.
I am excited for the next one!
I only have these 2 pictures right now.
I will post more when I get them from Natalie.

Cousins coloring Easter Eggs!

The kids colored 66 egg this Easter!! They had a blast with minimal accidents.

25 years ago. . . . . . .

This is the house we moved into when I was 5. My parents paid $10,000
for this house.
It was/is beautiful. Thanks to Marriahs boyfriend we were able to take a tour back 25 years .

Its funny how things seem so much bigger when you are little
I remember standing at the end of the hallway scared to go the the other end because it was so far away and behind those blue boards was stairs to the attic and to the right there was stairs going down. Tina and I aways swore that there was ghost going down those stairs.
I love this stair case and the bench window in the front room. So many memories. I wish I could go back more often. I think if I had a more reliable car I would go more often.

Party for Mom

Bobbi (my sister) got together some of mom and dad's old friends and family for a get together on saturday night. My mom and dad really enjoyed hanging out with some of their old friends.

Easter Rod Race

Traditionally every Easter a group people get together with their Hot Rods. They travel to cities within a 15 mile radius (each town is 15 miles away from the next) as a traveling car show!. Then at the last stop they do Burn Outs!
These pictures are from the burn outs.

On the way home

Just some "Awesome" pictures taken on our way home.

Beautiful Windmill

We had a fun ride home. It seemed to fly by. After our great time with my sister and family we didn't want to leave. We have made a plan to do this more often.

Update to March

So much has happened since January. In February the girls and Alan went to the "Save Our Youth" rally at Pepsi center. It was sponsored by the Nuggets so they were able to d
o alot of activities along with seeing the nugget
s play.
I was so excited to go but I got sick the night before so I was not able to go.

Here is one of the practices that the girls were in. The instructor
 is a former Nuggets Cheerleader.

                                                            Picture of practice

This is the performance in front of everyone in Pepsi Center

Aubrey and Kaeli and their cheerleading friends

They came home and told me all about it. They had so much fun.

In February, Alan was helping a friend take down a electric box and when they removed it a baby squirrel fell out. Now, if any of you know my husband he is just like that little boy that brings every animal home he can and takes care of it. That is exactly what happened this time.
He brought it home made him a bed and named him Echo.
After a hour the girls were in love with it too.

He was a runt and he passed away a week after he found him.

Kaeli did a Spring performance. What a Ham!!!
